The aging process can affect the face as well as the body and therefore many treatments have been developed to combat these signs of aging. Facial skin can receive more aggressive treatment modalities to reduce lines and wrinkles as compared to body skin. Therefore, energy-based devices should be non-ablative while generating heat to tighten skin without causing unwanted side effects. Combination treatments that have been developed to reduce skin creepiness in body areas include bio stimulating injection, heat generating devices and topical home care products to provide a synergistic effect as compared to single treatment.
Radiesse or Sculptra is a bio stimulating filler that helps with stimulating the production of collagen. Hyper diluted Radiesse is used to rejuvenate the face and body, while also improving skin quality and firmness. This treatment could be done on the neck, chest, upper arms, buttocks, stomach and legs. It can also be used to treat stretch marks and cellulite.
Neck & Décolletage:
This product helps to tighten the skin in the neck and décolletage, improves the elasticity of the skin and increases dermal thickness. Those with mild laxity and excess skin, and/or all degrees of photo-damage on the neck will benefit most from this treatment. The excess skin will not disappear but will be less visible and tighter due to the stimulation of collagen and elastin. Results may be seen after only one treatment, but more than one treatment may be required. Neck OR chest will use one syringe per area per treatment.
We recommend a 3-pronged approach to treating the NECK area:
- Radiesse injection to stimulate collagen production.
- RF needling, Skinfinity needling or Ulthera neck to heat and tighten skin. It also aids the bio stimulator, Radiesse/Sculptra, to produce more collagen.
- Defenage neck cream (coming soon)
For other body areas besides the neck, we have the option of Sculptra or Radiesse as they are both bio stimulators that can increase collagen production and improve skin quality. Sculptra or Radiesse can be used in the chest, upper arms, stomach and legs.
Upper Arms:
Patients with only mild laxity and excess skin and/or thin, atrophic skin can benefit from this treatment by reducing the creepiness of the skin as well as laxity. More than one treatment may be required. Results may appear after 6 months.
Each arm will need 1 syringe/vial per treatment.

Buttocks:
This treatment will shape the buttocks by targeting buttocks that are sagging due to the lack of muscle definition in the extensor muscle of the hip and any skin contour irregularities, such as cellulite and striae. Three treatments every 3 to 4 months may be required for the best results.
Depending on the size of the area, multiple syringe/vials may be needed per treatment.

Stomach:
This is another area that can be rejuvenated due to childbirth or weight loss as long as there is not too much skin laxity. Injection of Radiesse/Sculptra along with heat-based device will improve the texture and firmness of the area. Notice the reduction of scarring below the belly button from Skinfinity needling only treatment. Depending on the size of the area, multiple syringes/vials may be needed per treatment.
Legs:
This treatment will focus on improving the skin quality of the anterior and posterior surfaces of the thigh and the area above the knee. This is done by increasing density and skin thickness. This treatment is best for people with mild skin irregularities and limited skin laxity.
Depending on the size of the area, multiple syringes/vials may be needed per treatment.
