I have nothing but great things to say about Beauty and Body Lounge! The staff is always welcoming, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Their products are top quality, the services are performed by highly skilled professionals, and their prices are honestly some of the best I’ve seen. I recently got my lash extensions done there, and as always, they turned out absolutely AMAZING! Thank you, Beauty and Body Lounge, for consistently providing such an incredible experience.

With summer rapidly approaching, now is the perfect time to make an appointment for the ultimate contour. People! I can't stress enough how amazing this treatment is. My first 40 minute treatment, I could visually see the difference and my stomach even felt tighter. I LOST TWO INCHES IN JUST 40 MINUTE! Its incredible. I went back in a week later for another treatment and lost another inch. That's 3 inches total in two weeks! I get various treatments with the beauty and body medlounge because I not only trust them with my face but with my entire body. You will not find any other place in the San Diego area with better prices and courteous staff. Contact them to look your best!

Been a customer for many years. I love Chi, Natasha and Sara! I’ve received IPL, tox, filler, laser treatments and more. They do a ton of professional development so they’re always improving their skills with the latest techniques. The monthly specials are great too. Their prices are competitive if not some of the best overall. I have recommended all my friends. I’m 48 but they’ve kept me looking younger for sure! 😆

I’ve been wanting to get lip filler for years but was really nervous about it. I met Heidi and she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything about the process of getting lip filler. I had such a great experience and loved the results! She exceeded all my expectations! Highly recommend her!!

I recently got a lash lift here and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the results. I have had lash lifts before, so I know what to expect, and this time there was little to no visible lift, even after following all the aftercare instructions carefully.
My lashes are naturally long, so I was expecting a noticeable curl and lift, but the result looked almost the same as before the service. When I reached out, I was directed to Groupon for a refund instead of being offered a proper solution. Groupon didn't refund me. I lost my money plus gratuity.
I understand that promotions are handled differently, but the quality of the service should still meet the standard of a lash lift.
Overall, I did not get the result I paid for, and the resolution process was disappointing.

Went in for lip filler and Heidi gave me the most amazing results! She explained every step of the process and what she was doing so clearly. She was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable! Highly recommend her an an injector. The spa itself was very well maintained and welcoming! Would definitely go back. My lips are a little swollen in the picture I included but that’s only because it was a few hours after injection. Super obsessed with the shape already! Thank you Heidi!!

I had to return three times for Botox treatments, and it was obvious that the procedure was not working for me at all… Even after the second visit, the wrinkle remained exactly the same. I was advised to increase the dosage, even though the same dosage had worked for me for years. I also find it unrealistic to believe that an injection lasting less than a second could deliver an effective dose. Despite paying for Botox, I was given Dysport instead. Paying $500 for injections that produced no results is extremely disappointing. This was my last visit.

It’s my first time at a medical day Spa and I must say I was quite impressed. The front reception was beautiful and the staff was great. The treatment was quick and I was out in no time. My nurse was Sara and she was very helpful and upbeat. I’ll be back for sure but probably in the Solana Beach location, which is closer to where I live.

I was able to get a same day appointment, I actually went in for lip filler unfortunately they do a full syringe and I did not need all that. After having a consultation I discussed some of my skin concerns. Karulyne was sooo helpful she answered all my questions and suggested I get a micro needling and PRP procedure to help with my texture skin, and acne scars. She numbed me for 30 minutes and to be honest it still hurt but my pain tolerance is very low but she made me feel comfortable through the procedure and made sure I was okay, overall I had a great experience, the girls at the front desk were nice to me, I will be returning 😊

Cindy did my lip filler and botox and did a beautiful job! She goes over your expectations and delivers great results tailored to your individual needs. My results were exactly what I wanted!

Arielle was so nice, personable & comforting during the entire process! I have had lip fillers done once before and loved it. I have a difficult one getting numb so the process can be a bit painful/uncomfortable but she was awesome and encouraging and understanding through it all! Will definitely be back.

Called today and the receptionist doesn't seem very interested in position when questioned about pricing on procedures. Seems hyper sensitive, which is huge turnoff. Then she kinda snarled when I stated that a board certified surgeon charges the same price for a procedure. I think she needs to work on her customer service skills. This place used to be amazing.
Last: I hung up because she wouldn't listen & then proposed to call me back, which I thought was unprofessional.
A couple weeks back I had called and was told I could refer to Instagram for pricing. I don't have time for social media.
To management: please hire better talent & do better.

I’ve been going to B &B Medlounge for close to 15 years and have tried many treatments. I feel comfortable with the staff they have there as I am fearful of some treatments, but they put me at ease and also provide very thorough consultations! I have only had good positive results that keep me coming back! I tend to see Genya as she was the 1st person I used so I try to see her as she has always been there to help me beautify, but I’ve had great experiences with other technicians too! They have 2 locations also so that makes it very convenient! Best med spa ever!

I have to give this place 10 stars, I found it through Groupon. I already have experience with lip fillers, but this time I fell in love with my lips. i bought a full syringe for my lips. I recommend it 💯. (I don't remember the name of the nurse, I think it's Sara, but please... she's the one!

Great experience beginning to end! Building and parking was very easy to locate. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sarah was absolutely amazing and I felt accommodated during my lip filler appointment beginning to end. She explained the whole process and was extremely patient and precise. I’m in love with my results and would definitely visit here again.

This place is the best. I’ve been all over SD county and I will say it again, this place is the best. The NP always lets her clients know about different promotions to save money and I end up saving $ pretty much every time I go.

I am so happy I found this medical spa. Genya is the best, she is so professional, knowledgeable, she will go above and beyond to explain you everything and make sure you feel comfortable. She gives honest recommendations and I just love her positive vibe. The moment you enter, you are greeted by a sweet young lady and you feel so comfortable in the spa. I highly recommend Genya for all of your procedures.

I have been seeing Denny for my crazy curly hair for 15 years. Prior to that I had given up and started cutting my own hair....he's amazing. Fair pricing and he actually listens to what you want. I'm ever so grateful to have found him.

I have been using Denny for the last 3 years when I come to California for vacation. His cuts are perfection. I use Debbi for color and highlights and she really does a tremendous job. So happy to have found a salon that strives to be the best.
