I was able to get a same day appointment, I actually went in for lip filler unfortunately they do a full syringe and I did not need all that. After having a consultation I discussed some of my skin... concerns. Karulyne was sooo helpful she answered all my questions and suggested I get a micro needling and PRP procedure to help with my texture skin, and acne scars. She numbed me for 30 minutes and to be honest it still hurt but my pain tolerance is very low but she made me feel comfortable through the procedure and made sure I was okay, overall I had a great experience, the girls at the front desk were nice to me, I will be returning 😊read more

Cindy did my lip filler and botox and did a beautiful job! She goes over your expectations and delivers great results tailored to your individual needs. My results were exactly what I wanted!

Arielle was so nice, personable & comforting during the entire process! I have had lip fillers done once before and loved it. I have a difficult one getting numb so the process can be a bit... painful/uncomfortable but she was awesome and encouraging and understanding through it all! Will definitely be back.read more

Called today and the receptionist doesn't seem very interested in position when questioned about pricing on procedures. Seems hyper sensitive, which is huge turnoff. Then she kinda snarled when I... stated that a board certified surgeon charges the same price for a procedure. I think she needs to work on her customer service skills. This place used to be amazing.Last: I hung up because she wouldn't listen & then proposed to call me back, which I thought was unprofessional.A couple weeks back I had called and was told I could refer to Instagram for pricing. I don't have time for social media.To management: please hire better talent & do better.read more

I’ve been going to B &B Medlounge for close to 15 years and have tried many treatments. I feel comfortable with the staff they have there as I am fearful of some treatments, but they put me at ease... and also provide very thorough consultations! I have only had good positive results that keep me coming back! I tend to see Genya as she was the 1st person I used so I try to see her as she has always been there to help me beautify, but I’ve had great experiences with other technicians too! They have 2 locations also so that makes it very convenient! Best med spa ever!read more

I have to give this place 10 stars, I found it through Groupon. I already have experience with lip fillers, but this time I fell in love with my lips. i bought a full syringe for my lips. Great experience beginning to end! Building and parking was very easy to locate. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sarah was absolutely amazing and I felt accommodated... during my lip filler appointment beginning to end. She explained the whole process and was extremely patient and precise. I’m in love with my results and would definitely visit here again.read more

I am so happy I found this medical spa. Genya is the best, she is so professional, knowledgeable, she will go above and beyond to explain you everything and make sure you feel comfortable. She gives... honest recommendations and I just love her positive vibe. The moment you enter, you are greeted by a sweet young lady and you feel so comfortable in the spa. I have been seeing Denny for my crazy curly hair for 15 years. Prior to that I had given up and started cutting my own hair....he's amazing. Fair pricing and he actually listens to what you want. ... I'm ever so grateful to have found him.read more
